It’s been a long, long smoky road (cast iron skillets, backyard cookouts and a whole lotta whoopins delivered with love from the woman that taught me how to make it taste good)…

After years of experience with restaurants from Disney World Resorts to Manhattan and hospitality/culinary training at Cornell, School of Hotel Administration and The Culinary Arts Institute, as well as, high profile gigs with NFL, NBA, NHL, NCAA and several celebrity events Sami Rose Culinary Productions was born. Providing catering with a young team of professionals for numerous special engagements and private events

With our numerous old family recipes, which have been tried and proven over the years, and hundreds of racks of award-winning barbecue ribs, you would think that his work would be done ... not quite! Keith M. Taylor, president and executive chef of Sami Rose Culinary Productions, created Zachary’s BBQ and Catering. Offering authentic southern specialties and real barbecue using the freshest ingredients, cooking it low and slow, taking the time necessary to do it the same way Gram made it in her little home kitchen.

Zachary’s BBQ is featured at special events in the Greater Philadelphia / Delaware Valley Region and as far north as Boston and as far south as Washington D.C .
