CBQ1, is our standard model and all orders are fabricated with this basic design. They are fabricated to order by customer specifications and We design and build custom mobile smokers like the photos below. All are hand crafted with precision and the end user in mind. The machine photographed below has the following capacity utilizing wood as the primary fuel for smoking or cooking:

• 14ft long (including trailer) x 8ft wide (including double axle wheel wells)

• Channel steel welded frame fitted with polished stainless steel exterior

• 10 stainless steel spits/pipes with screw-lock stainless steel horns

• Driven by a silent electric motor

• 400 whole wood roasted chickens / 2hrs

• 1600 chicken dinners / 2hrs

• 150 full rack wood roasted “St. Louis” cut pork spareribs / 4hrs

• 450-600 rib dinners / 4hrs

• 18 whole wood roasted 35-45lb suckling pigs

• Whole wood roasted turkeys and holiday specialties

• Spit are versatile and produce excellent results for rounds of beef, whole lamb and whole goats

• Custom stainless steel cages for wood roasted barbecue wings, pork rib nips, barbecue red potatoes, wood roasted vegetables

• Because of the core design, the smoking/cooking chamber has many applications that we are still testing with delicious results
